£240 ($380) non refundable deposit required to secure booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
* Pool heat is optional but recommended between October and April.
$475/£300 security deposit to be added to final balance and refunded upon management company inspection of no damage or major breakages. We honour our word and refund payment promptly which is why we have so many returning guests.
A cleaning surcharge of £120 ($190) is levied for bookings of less than 7 nights.
A welcome grocery pack is available to purchase when booking, for your arrival in the villa:-
$65/£42 basic pack (tea/coffee, cereal, bread, butter, sugar, milk, eggs, bacon, orange juice, jam, cookies, chips/crisps).
$120/£75 full pack (as above + 2 large pizzas, bottle of wine and beer).
